Renewal of Concession. The Authority, may in its sole discretion, in the event the Concessionaire does not commit any Event of default during the last 5 years of the term, agree to extend the Concession after the expiry of the Term on same terms and conditions. Provided that any such extension shall also lead to an extension of Land Lease Agreement(s) for an equal period so as to make the Land Lease Agreement co-terminus with extended Concession Period.
Renewal of Concession. First Party will agree to renew or extend the Concession after the expiry of the initial Term, for another period of thirty (30) years or such other period as may be mutually agreed to and on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon.

Provided that any such extension shall also lead to an extension of Land Lease Agreement(s) for an equal period so as to make the Land Lease Agreement co-terminus with extended Concession Period.
Renewal of Concession. The Concessioning Authority may agree to renew or extend the Concession after the expiry of the initial Concession Period, for another period equal to the initial Concession Period or such other period as may be mutually agreed to and on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon. However any such extension should also lead to an extension of Land Lease Agreement(s) for an equal period. In case the parties are not able to mutually agree on common period for which the Concession needs to be extended, at least six months prior to the end of Concession Period, then the Concession shall not be extended further.
Renewal of Concession. State Govt may agree to renew or extend the Concession after the expiry of the Term, for another period of [●] years or such other period as may be mutually agreed to and on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon.

SDMC may by notice to the Concessionaire, to be issued atleast 24 months prior to Expiry Date, extend the Term of Concession by 5 years on such terms and conditions as mutually agreed upon. SDMC may exercise this right twice during the Term of the Agreement. However, any such extension shall be con-terminus with Land Lease Agreement.

Renewal of Concession. 2.4.1 The Authority shall have the option (as its sole discretion) to agree to renew or extend the Concession for a maximum of 5 (five) years, after the expiry of the Term on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed between the Parties. Provided that any such extension shall also lead to an extension of Land Lease Agreement(s) for an equal period so as to make the Land Lease Agreement co-terminus with extended Term.
