Concession Period. The Concession hereby granted is for a period of [●]11 years commencing from Date of Award of Concession during which the Concessionaire is authorized and obliged to implement the Project and to provide Project Facilities and Services as per Scope of work in accordance with the provisions hereof. Provided that: -
Concession Period. The Concession Period shall be for a period of 27 years from the Compliance Date ("the Concession Period") during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project on DBFOT basis including management of all facilities and resources required for integrated management of Solid Waste in accordance with the provisions hereof: Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Compliance Date and ending with the Termination Date.
Concession Period. The Concession hereby granted is for a period of five ( 5) years commencing from the date hereof and ending with (“the Concession Period”) during which the Concessionaire is authorised to operate the Centre in accordance with the provisions hereof. Provided that the Hospital Authority shall be entitled to review the performance of the Concessionaire at the end of each year from the date hereof subjected to permission of departmental authorities. Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the date hereof and ending with the Termination Date.
Concession Period. (a) Subject to early termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, the term of this Agreement is 75 (seventy five) years from the Appointed Date (the “Concession Period”).
Concession Period. 3.2.1 Subject to early termination in accordance with this Agreement, the Concession is granted for a period of 10 (Ten) years commencing from the Effective Date (the "Concession Period").
Concession Period. The Concession hereby granted is for a period of nine (9) years from the Appointed Date or until termination thereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (“Concession Period”). Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending with the Termination Date.
Concession Period. The period of Concession shall commence on the Execution Date of this Agreement and shall if not terminated earlier or extended by ADCL in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof, remain valid for a period of 33 (Thirty three) Years from such date, during which the Concessionaire is authorized to implement the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Concession Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Concession Period shall include the Construction Period.
Concession Period. 3.2.1 The concession period for the Project shall commence from the Appointed Date and shall extend for a period of 60 (Sixty) years from such date (the “Concession Period”).
Concession Period. 3.3.1. The Concession Period for “the Project” shall commence from the Compliance Date and shall extend for a period of 30 (thirty) years from such date (the “Concession Period”) during which the Concessionaire is authorized to implement the Project and to operate the Ecotourism & Adventure Park in accordance with the provisions hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Concession Period shall include the Construction Period.
Concession Period. 3.2.1 Subject to early termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, the term of this Agreement is [33 (thirty-three)] years from the Execution Date (the “Concession Period”), which shall include 5 (five) years (the “Construction Period”) from the Appointed Date. The extension of the Concession Period for another 33 years shall be automatic, provided the Medical College and Hospital has all approvals under the Applicable Laws to undertake the continued operations of the Medical College, and a Concessionaire Default is not subsisting. Provided that the Concessionaire may request the Authority for the extension by submitting an application not later than the 30th year anniversary of the lease of Site for Medical College to the Authority and the Authority shall confirm the extension of lease within 90 days.
