Grant of Concession. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Authority and PLBs hereby grant and authorize the Concessionaire to design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) the Project and to exercise and/ or enjoy such rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement (“the Concession”) for a period of 27 ( Twenty Seven) years commencing from the Compliance Date and the concessionaire hereby accepts the concession and agrees to implement the project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Grant of Concession a Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Hospital Authority hereby grants and authorizes the Concessionaire to operate and maintain the Fair Price Outlet, and to exercise and/or enjoy the rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement (“the Concession”).

Period of Concession The Concession hereby granted for the Project is for a period of 20 (Twenty) years commencing from the Appointed Day. The Concession Period shall comprise of mobilization & construction period that includes the time for securing all the Applicable Permits. Provided that in the event of early Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Day and ending with the Termination Date.

Grant of Concession. 2.1.1 Pursuant to the provisions of the Code and the Rules and subject to the terms and conditions of the CDA Documents, TxDOT hereby grants to Developer the exclusive right, and Developer accepts the obligation, to finance, develop, design and construct the Facility described in Section 1 of the Technical Provisions, and to enter into the Lease in the form attached as Exhibit 3 for the Facility and Facility Right of Way.
Grant of Concession. 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and the Applicable Permits, the Government hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the "Concession") for a period of 7 (seven) commencing from the COD and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. For the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to handing over of the Dehlon Bypass on Project on completion by the Government to the Concessionaire, the same shall be an integral part of the Project and provisions of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to Dehlon Byepass. Provided that in the event Dehlon Byepass in not undertaken or not handed over to the Concessionaire for any reason, the Concessionaire shall have no Claims against the Government and provisions of Dispute Resolution shall not be applicable.
Grant of Concession. 2.1.1 Pursuant to the provisions of the Act and subject to the terms and conditions of the PPA Documents, IFA hereby grants to Developer the exclusive right, and Developer accepts the obligation and agrees, during the Term, to finance, develop, design, construct, insure, manage, and in respect of the O&M Limits, to operate, maintain and repair, and perform Rehabilitation Work on and for, the East End Crossing.
