Remote Services Security. (Applicable to systems using RemoteWatch or legacy Xxxxxxxxx Electric- proprietary Remote Services) Remote Services communication will be conducted only by Xxxxxxxxx Electric trained specialists working in a secured area using authorized connectivity equipment with security and auto log-on features. Access by Xxxxxxxxx Electric to the Customers system from the RemoteWatch Server is permitted only via Customer- maintained security credentials. All session screen information will be recorded and archived by Xxxxxxxxx Electric with date and time stamp. Data indicating health status of the customer system will be transported via connection initiated from the RemoteWatch Services server. Any work accomplished on a customer system must be authorized by a customer representative. Communication processors, servers, routers, modems and other equipment used in conjunction with Remote Services are the property of Xxxxxxxxx Electric and shall be returned to Xxxxxxxxx Electric upon termination of the Agreement.

Remote Services Security. (Applicable to systems using RemoteWatch or legacy Invensys-proprietary Remote Services) Remote Services communication will be conducted only by Invensys trained specialists working in a secured area using authorized connectivity equipment with security and auto log-on features, or connections automatically initiated by the customer’s system via the RemoteWatch Services server or any other means of remote communication, which permits access to the Customer's system only via Customer-maintained security credentials allowing the use of read-only non-intrusive Remote Services tools only. All session screen information will be recorded and archived by Invensys with date and time stamp. Data indicating health status of the customer system will be transported automatically via an always available connection automatically initiated from the Remote Services server. Remote Services communications using other than read-only non-intrusive Remote Services tools must be authorized by a Customer representative and the security credentials must be changed by Customer immediately upon request by Invensys to return to the read-only mode. Communication processors, servers, routers, modems and other equipment used in conjunction with Remote Services are the property of Invensys and shall be returned to Invensys upon termination of the Agreement.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • Provision of Interconnection Financial Security The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 11 of the GIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 11 of the GIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

  • DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED The Site is a website interface and companion mobile application which has the following description: A cloud based, website and mobile application interface for tracking events of participants in the USDA CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) and/or SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) to be used by Day Care Homes and Sponsoring Organizations, Child Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, At-risk Afterschool Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations, Adult Day Care Centers and Sponsoring Organizations and Emergency Shelters and Sponsoring Organizations. Any and all visitors to our site and users of the website applications and/or companion mobile application(s) shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Genius Programs. At its discretion, Genius Programs may offer additional website Services and/or products, or update, modify or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. Genius Programs does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user acknowledge, accept and agree that Genius Programs shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. Furthermore, the user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided "AS IS" and as such Genius Programs shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timeliness, missed delivery, deletion and/or any failure to store user content, communication or personalization settings.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.
