Additionally, the terms and conditions of this XXXX will apply to You even if You obtained the Software Product from an authorized Xxxxxxxxx Electric distributor or reseller. This XXXX only gives you limited rights to use the Software Product and Xxxxxxxxx Electric and its licensors reserve all other rights.   • If a Product becomes defective within the Xxxxxxxxx Electric Contractual Warranty Period, one of the following options, as selected by Xxxxxxxxx Electric, will be performed at no charge for materials or labor costs, unless this should be impossible or disproportionate.

  • If the Warranty Period for your Product has expired, if the unit was damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, if other conditions of the warranty have not been met, or if no dated proof of purchase is available, your unit may be serviced or replaced for a flat fee, as determined by Xxxxxxxxx Electric in its sole discretion.
