Reliability Driven ProjectsTiming. The ISO will endeavor to finalize and submit to the ISO Governing Board for approval an Initial Integrated Transmission Plan within 120 days after the ISO receives the Annual Transmission Plans from all or the Participating TOs., in coordination with the ISO and Market Participants, through the coordinated planning processes of the WSCC and the RTGs, will identify the need for any transmission additions or upgrades required to ensure system reliability consistent with all Applicable Reliability Criteria. In making this determination, the Participating TO and the ISO, in coordination with the other Market Participants, shall consider lower cost alternatives to the construction of transmission additions or upgrades, such as acceleration or expansion of existing projects, demand-side management, remedial action schemes, constrained-on Generation, interruptible Loads or reactive support. The Participating TO shall perform the necessary studies to determine the facilities needed to meet all Applicable Reliability Criteria. The Participating TO shall provide the ISO and other Market Participants with all information relating to a proposed transmission addition or upgrade that they may reasonably request (other than information available to them through the WSCC or RTG) and shall, through the WSCC or RTG coordinated planning processes, develop the scope of and assumptions for such studies that are acceptable to the ISO and those other Market Participants. The ISO shall be free to propose any transmission upgrades it deems necessary to ensure System Reliability consistent with Applicable Reliability Criteria and subject to appropriate appeals, the TO shall be obligated to construct such lines. After the ISO Operations Date, the ISO, in consultation with Participating TOs and any affected UDCs, will work to develop a consistent set of reliability criteria for the ISO Controlled Grid which the TOs will use in their transmission planning and expansion studies or decisions.

  • Reliability Reliability targets (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)) are defined in the technical specifications as set out in the Contract. Notwithstanding any possible application of penalties relating to reliability defined in the Contract, Goods shall remain covered by the warranty defined in this Article 16 as long as the reliability commitments have not been reached.

  • Constructability Review Prepare detailed interdisciplinary constructability review within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the plans from the District that:

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Subprojects 1. The Borrower shall make Grants to Beneficiaries (Small Farmers, Municipalities and Organizations) for Subprojects (Farmers’ Business Initiatives, Infrastructure Subprojects and Environmental Subprojects) in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Bank as further detailed in the Project Operational Manual.

  • Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities. The constructability program shall follow accepted industry practices and be reviewed by Owner at design milestones. Whenever the term “value engineering” is used in conjunction with this Agreement or the Project, it has its commonly accepted meaning within the construction industry and does not imply the practice of professional engineering without a license. If any value engineering activities constitute the professional practice of engineering, then such activities shall be performed by an engineer licensed in Texas.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.
