Constructability Review definition

Constructability Review means, the review of the design documents to ascertain whether the design of the Project as depicted in the Construction Documents, and the documents themselves: (i) accurately and completely reflects the District’s objectives as explained to the Architect by the District; (ii) are free of errors, omissions, conflicts or other deficiencies so that the Contractors can construct the Project as therein depicted without delays, disruptions, or additional costs.

Constructability Review. A process that integrates the contractor’s perspective into the Preconstruction Phase. By active involvement, the XXXX Contractor lends its expertise and experience to the design in order to identify potential problems and constructability issues. Construction Management Plan (CMP): A compilation of various resources that the XXXX Contractor is required to submit to the PM. Examples of Constructability Review in a sentence

  • Perform Constructability Review: This task involves reviews of plans, special provisions, and construction sequencing.

Related to Constructability Review

  • Quality Surveillance Engineer / Inspector means any person appointed by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect or carry out quality surveillance on supplies, stores or work under the Contract or any person deputed by the Quality Surveillance Engineer for the said purpose.

  • Treatability study means a study in which a hazardous waste is subjected to a treatment process to determine: (1) Whether the waste is amenable to the treatment process, (2) what pretreatment (if any) is required, (3) the optimal process conditions needed to achieve the desired treatment, (4) the efficiency of a treatment process for a specific waste or wastes, or (5) the characteristics and volumes of residuals from a particular treatment process. Also included in this definition for the purpose of the § 261.4 (e) and (f) exemptions are liner compatibility, corrosion, and other material compatibility studies and toxicological and health effects studies. A “treatability study” is not a means to commercially treat or dispose of hazardous waste.

  • Review Criteria has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 12.02(b)(i).

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
