Subprojects Clause Samples

The Subprojects clause defines how additional, related projects that fall under the scope of the main agreement are to be managed. It typically outlines the process for initiating, approving, and integrating subprojects, specifying whether they require separate documentation, budgets, or timelines. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear framework for handling work that extends beyond the original project, thereby preventing misunderstandings and maintaining control over project scope and deliverables.
