Applicable Reliability Criteria. The CAISO shall, in consultation with Participating TOs and other Market Participants, develop and promulgate Applicable Reliability Criteria for the CAISO Controlled Grid, which shall be in compliance with the reliability standards promulgated by NERC and WECC, Local Reliability Criteria, and NRC grid criteria related to operating licenses for nuclear generating units. The CAISO shall provide copies of the Applicable Reliability Criteria and all amendments, revisions, and updates to the Participating TOs and shall make them available to the public through the CAISO Website.

Applicable Reliability Criteria. The ISO shall, in consultation with Participating TOs and other Market Participants through the ISO Grid Operations Committee, develop and promulgate Applicable Reliability Criteria for the ISO Controlled Grid, which shall be in compliance with the reliability standards promulgated by NERC, WSCC, Local Reliability Criteria and NRC grid criteria related to operating licenses for nuclear generating units. The ISO shall provide copies of the Applicable Reliability Criteria and all amendments, revisions and updates to the Participating TOs and shall make them available to the public through WEnet or the ISO internet website.
Applicable Reliability Criteria. 4.1.1 Steady State Thermal Reliability Criteria Ameren Transmission Planning Criteria applied for thermal analysis: • For System Intact (NERC Category P0), all thermal loadings within 95% of the normal rating. • For NERC Category P1-P7 contingencies, all thermal loadings within 95% of the emergency rating. Southern Illinois Power Cooperative Transmission Planning Criteria applied for thermal analysis: • For System Intact (NERC Category P0), all thermal loadings within 100% of the normal rating. • For NERC Category P1-P7 contingencies, all thermal loadings within 100% of the emergency rating.
Applicable Reliability Criteria. The reliability standards established by (1) the Western Systems Coordination Council or its successor, (2) the North American Electric Reliability Council, (3) the ISO, and (4) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that are relevant to the PG&E Electric System, as amended from time to time.

  • Standards for Determining Commercial Reasonableness Borrower and Silicon agree that a sale or other disposition (collectively, "sale") of any Collateral which complies with the following standards will conclusively be deemed to be commercially reasonable: (i) Notice of the sale is given to Borrower at least seven days prior to the sale, and, in the case of a public sale, notice of the sale is published at least seven days before the sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the sale is to be conducted; (ii) Notice of the sale describes the collateral in general, non-specific terms; (iii) The sale is conducted at a place designated by Silicon, with or without the Collateral being present; (iv) The sale commences at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m; (v) Payment of the purchase price in cash or by cashier's check or wire transfer is required; (vi) With respect to any sale of any of the Collateral, Silicon may (but is not obligated to) direct any prospective purchaser to ascertain directly from Borrower any and all information concerning the same. Silicon shall be free to employ other methods of noticing and selling the Collateral, in its discretion, if they are commercially reasonable.
