Relationship to Insurance. In no event shall the indemnification provisions of Sections 12.3 above, diminish, affect, impede or impair, in any manner whatsoever, the benefits to which County may be entitled under any insurance policy with respect to the Project required by this Agreement or otherwise, or under the terms of any waiver of any subrogation contained therein.
Relationship to Insurance. In no event shall the indemnification provisions of Section 8.2 above, diminish, affect, impede or impair, in any manner whatsoever, the benefits to which any party may be entitled under any insurance policy with respect to the Parking Garage Project required by this Agreement or otherwise, or under the terms of any waiver of any subrogation contained therein.

In no event shall the indemnification provisions of Section 11.02 above diminish, affect impede or impair, in any manner whatsoever, the benefits to which any SBCW Indemnitee may be entitled under any insurance policy required by this Agreement or otherwise with respect to the Project or under the terms of any waiver of any subrogation contained therein.
