Regular Classified Employees. All employees who are members of the bargaining unit, who have completed trial service, and who are not special classified or substitute classified employees. S. Special Classified Employees Those employees in positions that receive at least 51% of their funding from grants or contracts.
Regular Classified Employees. (a) Notice of Proposed Layoff Regular classified employees shall be subject to layoff only for lack of work or lack of funds. The District shall send written notice of proposed layoff to the affected classified employee on or before March 15. A copy of said notice shall be provided to the ECCE Union President. Permanent classified employees have the right to request a hearing to determine if there is cause for not reemploying them for the following fiscal year. Cause includes a bona fide lack of funds or reduction of services. Order of layoff is detailed in Section 5.
Regular Classified Employees. All contracted bargaining unit classifications and positions shall be filled by regular classified employees.
Regular Classified Employees. Regular, non-probationary classified employees in their second and third years of employment in a position will be reviewed by their supervisor in NeoGov at least once
