Registration of Physical Location Required. For each phone number that you use for the Service, you must register with VoicePro the physical location where you are using a Device with the Service with that phone number. Each time you move the Device to another location, you must register that new location. If you do not register that new location, any call you make using the 911 Dialing feature may be sent to an emergency center near the previously registered address. You will register your initial location of use when you subscribe to the Service. Thereafter, you may register a new location by following the instructions from the “911″ registration link on the VoicePro web account dashboard features page if applicable. For purposes of the 911 Dialing feature, you may only register one location at a time for each phone line you use for a Device with the Service.

Registration of Physical Location Required. Customers who subscribe to GDS Service agree to register the physical location of their equipment with GDS initially through the provisioning process and for updates, by creating a customer support ticket via xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx or by calling our 24/7 NOC at 0+000-000-0000. CUSTOMER shall register street address and additional phone line-by-line information, including, as applicable, floor number, suite, apartment or office number, or similar detailed location information (“dispatchable location”). CUSTOMER shall update this detailed dispatchable location information immediately whenever the physical location of any device using the Service changes. When you change your location, it may take 48 hours or longer for your location change to be reflected in GDS’s records. During that time, you may not be able to reach the correct emergency services center or any emergency service provider by dialing 911.

Confirmation of Activation Required Your 911 SERVICE will not be activated for any phone line that you are using with the VOIP Service, unless and until you receive an email from ConnectAnza confirming that the 911 SERVICE has been activated for that primary phone number. The activation may take up to three days to complete. Service Outages You acknowledge and understand that the VOIP Service and 911 Service does not function in the event of power failure without a back-up power source. A battery back-up unit is installed in your ConnectAnza equipment. With a fully-charged battery, the battery back-up will power the basic calling functions of your VOIP Service for up to eight (8) hours in the event of a power failure. Otherwise, the VOIP Service and 911 Service will not function until power is restored. A power failure or disruption may require you to reset or reconfigure your ConnectAnza equipment prior to using the VOIP Service and 911. The battery back-up unit will not power cordless phones. You also acknowledge and understand that the VOIP Service and 911 Service requires a fully functional broadband connection to the Internet (which is provided by ConnectAnza) and that, accordingly, in the event of an outage of, or termination of broadband service with or by ConnectAnza, the VOIP Service and 911 Service will not function. Registration of Physical Location Required. Customer must register the physical location (“Registered Location”) where the VoIP or SIP Trunking Service for each Alaska Communications telephone number will be used. Customer is responsible for updating the Registered Location when appropriate. IMPORTANT: If Customer fails to update the Registered Location, 911 calls will be routed based on any previously provided Registered Location and therefore the call may not be routed to the appropriate dispatcher for Customer’s current location. In addition, Customer must update the Registered Location to ensure that the 911 provider transmits accurate location information to the dispatcher. Customer may update the Registered Location by logging onto Customer’s online account and updating the location information through the customer portal on the Alaska Communications website. For purposes of 911 dialing, Customer may only register one Registered Location for each Alaska Communications telephone number. If Customer provides Registered Location information that is, or that Alaska Communications suspects to be, false, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Alaska Communications has the right to suspend or terminate the Services and refuse any and all current or future use of all Services, or any portion thereof.
