Incompatibility With Other Services. (a) Security Systems/Fire Alarm/Elevator/Postage. The Service may not be compatible with security systems/fire alarms. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.
Incompatibility With Other Services. The Service may be incompatible with other equipment and services. We are not responsible for such incompatibility and you assume the risk the Service is incompatible with other equipment and services.
Incompatibility With Other Services. 46 Labs Services may not be compatible with non- voice communications equipment, including but not limited to: home security systems; TTY; medical monitoring equipment; TiVo; satellite television systems; PBX; Centrex; other private telephone networks; other broadband services; home networking; or computer modems. There may be other services with which 46 Labs Services are incompatible. 46 Labs does not warrant that the Services will be compatible with all broadband services. Some providers of broadband service may provide modems that prevent the transmission of communications using 46 Labs’ Services. 46 Labs EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE SERVICES WITH ANY PARTICULAR BROADBAND SERVICE. CUSTOMER WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST 46 Labs FOR INTERFERENCE WITH OR DISRUPTION OF THESE SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT.
Incompatibility With Other Services o (a) Non-Voice Equipment Limitations. You acknowledge that our service may not be compatible with all non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to home security systems, TTY, medical monitoring equipment, TIVO, satellite television systems, PBX, Centrex, other private telephone networks, and dial-up modems. You waive any claim against NMSurf for interference with or disruption of these services and equipment, as well as any claim that NMSurf is responsible for any disruption to your business, if applicable.
Incompatibility With Other Services. The Service provided by DBSTREAMS may not be compatible with some systems including: Home Security Systems, Certain Broadband and Cable Modem Services.
Incompatibility With Other Services. You should safeguard your usernames and passwords, as well as the identifier of the Equipment (referred to as the "MAC address") which FSN uses to authenticate usage on your account. Some of your calls may be transmitted over the public Internet, and you acknowledge that you are aware that the Internet is not a secure network, and that third parties may be able to intercept, monitor, or corrupt information you transmit over the Internet.
Incompatibility With Other Services. The service may not be compatible with some home security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier (LEC) in order to use any Alarm Monitoring functions for any security system. You are responsible for contacting the alarm company to determine the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the services.
Incompatibility With Other Services. Customer acknowledges and understands that IT ArchiTeks’ VoIP Services and Equipment is not compatible with all non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to, some home and office security systems that are set up to make automatic phone calls, emergency phones in elevators, some aspects of satellite TV systems, digital entertainment systems, fax machines, modems and medical monitoring devices. By accepting this Agreement, Customer waives any claim you may have against IT ArchiTeks for interference with or disruption of such systems due to IT ArchiTeks’ VoIP Services and Equipment. There may also be other services with which IT ArchiTeks’ VoIP Services and Equipment may be incompatible. Some providers of broadband service may provide modems that prevent the transmission of communications using IT ArchiTeks’ VoIP Services and Equipment. IT ArchiTeks does not warrant that IT ArchiTeks’ VoIP Services and Equipment will be compatible with all broadband services and expressly disclaim any express or implied warranties regarding the compatibility of the VoIP Services and Equipment with any particular broadband service.
