Registered Professional Forester. Effective July 16, 2014, one (1) employee occupying a position under Job Codes 2068 or 2069 (Environmental Compliance Specialists), and who receives and maintains certification as a Registered Professional Forester from the State of California shall be paid at the rate of seven percent (7%) over their normal biweekly or hourly rate of pay unless they are receiving the seven percent (7%) pursuant to 1, 2 or 3 of this subsection 13.B.
