Reduction in Funds. In the event state funds appropriated for the work contemplated under this Contract are withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way by the Washington State Governor or Legislature during the Contract period, the parties hereto shall be bound by any such revised funding limitations as implemented at the discretion of THE BOARD, and shall meet and renegotiate the Contract accordingly. Any changes are to be incorporated into this document as additions or amendments to Special Conditions.

Reduction in Funds. The City of Vancouver may unilaterally terminate all or part of this Agreement, or may reduce its scope of work or budget under this Agreement, if there is a reduction of funds by the source of those funds, and if such funds are the basis for this Agreement.
Reduction in Funds. It is understood that funding may cease or be reduced at any time. In the event that adequate funds are not available to meet the obligations hereunder, either party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.

  • REDUCTION IN FORCE It is understood and agreed that in addition to the above designated and related duties, full-time professional staff shall participate fully in the activities of institutional councils and/or committees.
