RECORD KEEPING AND DOCUMENTATION. KLSI will maintain records of corrective actions indicating the frequency of Defects during fabrication of the Components, the proposed corrective process change, evaluation of effectiveness of the corrective process and the effective date of implementation of corrective measures. KLSI will make such records available to Immersion upon request.
