Record Checks Sample Clauses
The RECORD CHECKS clause establishes the right of a party, typically an employer or contracting entity, to conduct background or record checks on individuals involved in the agreement. This may include verifying criminal history, employment records, educational qualifications, or other relevant personal information before or during the term of engagement. By including this clause, the agreement helps ensure that all parties meet certain standards of trustworthiness or compliance, thereby reducing the risk of fraud, misconduct, or other issues that could arise from undisclosed negative history.
Record Checks. Any applicant or employee of the parties who will have regularly scheduled unsupervised access to children pursuant to this Agreement, shall be required to complete a record check through the Washington State Patrol Criminal Identification System, under RCW 43.43.830-.834, RCW 10.97.30 and .50, and through the Federal Bureau of Investigation before hiring and prior to unsupervised access to children. The record check shall include a fingerprint check using a complete Washington state criminal identification fingerprint card.

Record Checks. The Board will comply with the provisions of Regulation of the Education Act with regard to the collection of informationregarding CriminalBackground Checks. The Board shall ensure that all records and information(including offence declarations and records) are stored in a secure location and in a completely manner. Access to such records and informationshall be strictly limited to the Director of Education and the Director Human Resources. The Board shall not release any informationobtained about an employee to Regulation of the Education Act without permission of the employee. The Board shall not release or report to the Ontario College any obtained about an employee pursuant to Regulation of the EducationAct, unless it is required to do so.
Record Checks. The Board shall ensure that all records and information (including offence declarations and records) obtained pursuant to Regulation as amended of the Education Act, or any subsequent regulation or law dealing with the same matter, are stored in a secure location and in a confidential manner. Normal, daily access to such records and information shall be limited to the Superintendent of Human Resources Support Services and those personnel designated by the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall, upon request, advise the Association Executive of the names of those so designated. Such personnel shall not be members of the Association. The Board shall not release any information about a Teaching Assistant obtained pursuant to Regulation as amended, or any subsequent regulation or law dealing with the same subject matter, except for the purpose of exercising its legal rights or obligations. The Board shall consult with the Association Executive regarding any changes to the Board's policy or operating procedures with respect to criminal record checks and any changes the Board makes to the offence declaration form.
Record Checks. The Criminal Background Check and the yearly Office Declarations required of members of the bargaining unit under Regulation shall be stored in a confidential file. Access to the file shall be limited to the Administrator of Human Resources or designate, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Act,
