Common use of RECOGNITION OF UNION Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION OF UNION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for those employees employed by the Employer in the categories specified in Schedule "A".

The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent in respect to rates of pay, hours of work and all other conditions of employment for all employees save and except those employees employed by the Employer in the categories specified classifications identified in Schedule "A"of this Collective Agreement.
