Common use of Recognition of Previous Experience Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Previous Experience. Nurses newly hired into the bargaining unit shall be placed at the appropriate step of the applicable wage scale based upon a year-for-year relevant experience credit determined in accordance with Section 8.3 of the Agreement
