Recall - Rates of Pay. An employee recalled without notice to work overtime immediately preceding their normal starting time shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate according to the following scale:

Recall - Rates of Pay. An employee recalled from layoff to the classification laid off from, shall be recalled to the same step level he/she had achieved at the time of the layoff. An employee recalled from layoff to a different classification will go to the new rate range for that classification. If the employee is recalled to a different classification which is lower paying than the classification he/she was laid off from, the employee shall be placed at the maximum step for that classification he/she is recalled to.

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Notwithstanding B8.23, Current Contract Rates for timber cut and removed from Sale Area that remains un- scaled after Termination Date, as adjusted or extended, shall be Current Contract Rates in effect on Termination Date. “Current Contract Value” is the sum of the products of Current Contract Rates and estimated remaining un- scaled volumes by species of Included Timber meeting Utilization Standards.
