Any transfer of projected cost underruns from CM/GC’s contingency to the Owner-controlled contingency fund will not affect CM/GC’s obligation to furnish Owner with a complete, fully functional facility within the GMP without use of the funds transferred to the Owner-controlled contingency fund unless such funds are released by Owner for the purposes set forth in (a) through (f) of this Article 6.9. Any transfer of funds to the Owner-controlled contingency fund will not reduce the CM/GC Fee, nor will any subsequent release and use of funds from the Owner-controlled contingency fund for the purposes set forth in (a) through (f) of this Article 6.9 increase the CM/GC Fee.

  • Reallocations Classification Seniority for employees whose positions are reallocated to a lower or equal class after January 1, 1980, shall include service in the class from which they were reallocated, regardless of whether or not the higher or equal class is a "related" class in accord with "E" below.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget.   • Special Projects 2:01 The parties hereto express their intent to consider amending certain provisions of this Collective Agreement, by way of an appendix, where this action appears necessary and appropriate for certain projects.   • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
