Re-Bidding. If the Procuring Agency rejected all bids, it may call for a re-bidding or if deems necessary and appropriate the Procuring Agency may seek any alternative methods of procurement under Rule 42 of the Punjab Procurement Rules-2009. The Procuring Agency before invitation for re-bidding shall assess the reasons for rejection and may revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other condition for bidders, as it may deem necessary.
Re-Bidding. 32.1 If the Procuring Agency rejects all bids in pursuant to ITB Clause 30, it may call for a re-bidding or if deems necessary and appropriate the Procuring Agency may seek any alternative methods of procurement.
Re-Bidding i) If the Procuring Agency rejects all the Bids under rule 35, it may proceed with the process of fresh Bidding but before doing that it shall assess the reasons for rejection and may, if necessary, revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other condition for Bidders.
Re-Bidding. The District shall re-bid the routes if a significant change occurs. A significant change shall be defined as: • a complete and whole route is added or removed; • a route FTE is increased or decreased by 30 minutes or more.

Re-Bidding. On the Wednesday nearest to March 15 of each year, there shall be a re- bidding procedure conducted in conformity with the provisions of this Article. Assignments secured as a result of the annual re-bid shall be effective at the commencement of the fourteen day work period, which occurs on or after April 1.
