Quarterly Business Review. Each calendar quarter, RD and Tigrent will meet to review and discuss Tigrent’s financial performance during the prior quarter. Such discussions will include:
Quarterly Business Review. Buyer and Supplier shall meet on a quarterly basis for a QBR. The QBR shall focus on the SDR, SQR and SSR that Supplier has earned for the preceding quarter. The parties shall review the Supplier's performance during the preceding quarter, identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to be taken by either Supplier or Buyer or both Supplier and Buyer to satisfy the parties' business goals.
Quarterly Business Review. 3PARdata and Seller shall hold quarterly business review meetings to, among other things, measure performance, review roadmaps, review technical incident status/failure analysis, and review Product end-of-life plans.
Quarterly Business Review. The term “Quarterly Business Review” means the quarterly business review meetings between Satcon and Perfect Galaxy held within fifteen (15) days after the beginning of each quarter during the Term. The venue of the Quarterly Business Review shall be agreed upon by the Parties from time to time
Quarterly Business Review. Provider and Sony shall meet on a quarterly basis to review the financial results, renewal rates, customer service metrics, marketing activities and forecasts. Location of the meeting shall alternate between Sony and Rainmaker selected locations.
Quarterly Business Review. At least initially, and for so long thereafter as one or both parties determine it to be reasonably necessary, proper, or appropriate, the parties will hold a quarterly business review meeting (a “QBR Meeting”) for the purposes of assessing the parties’ progress in fulfillment of the obligations assumed in this Agreement and addressing and attempting to resolve such other issues as either party wishes to present for review and consideration at the QBR Meetings. The QBR Meetings shall be held at the Facility, via teleconference or videoconference, at Corning’s location, or at such other pre-established and mutually agreeable location. Quarterly Business Review. Not less frequently than quarterly, the Board shall meet with the Co-Managers at such times and places within or without of the State of Delaware (or through the use of telephone or other communications equipment if all Persons participating can hear each other) as may be agreed upon by the Board and the Co-Managers. Unless otherwise indicated in the notice of such a meeting, the Board and the Co-Managers shall discuss and review at least the following matters: (i) the Company’s proposed administrative budget, which shall be subject to approval by the Board; (ii) the Company’s financial performance; (iii) new and pending Sponsored Projects, which shall be subject to approval by the Board and (iv) existing, on-going Sponsored Projects. Notice of each such quarterly meeting shall be given to the Board and the Co-Managers in accordance with the terms of Section 4.1(h).
Quarterly Business Review. Dell will be entitled to participate in the formulation and direction of Quantum's future Product and technology roadmaps. Quantum and Dell will conduct quarterly business review meetings to discuss business performance, Product quality, manufacturing capacity, cost reduction plans, technology roadmaps, overview plans and any other relevant factors that might affect either Party's ability to perform under this Agreement.

Quarterly Business Review. The parties will conduct a Quarterly Business Review (“Quarterly Business Review” or “QBR”) meeting at least once each calendar quarter for the purpose of reviewing the parties’ performance and the business matters to be addressed quarterly as set forth in the specific provisions of this Agreement. Commercially reasonable efforts will be made by Flextronics and Aruba to have at least one executive level participant in attendance for each QBR. To the extent possible, these meetings will be scheduled in order to permit in-person attendance by participants and they will be conducted at the location where Aruba’s products are manufactured, unless mutually agreed to otherwise by the parties.
