Quarterly Reporting. Within 45 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, to the extent not furnished under the Purchase Agreement, (A) consolidated balance sheets of Provider and its Subsidiaries as at the close of each such period and (B) consolidated statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for Provider for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its respective chief financial officer or treasurer.

Quarterly Reporting. If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation. The Quarterly Reports shall, if applicable to the Scope of Work in Attachment “A”, list “Units of Service” provided (i.e.: hourly, per session, etc.) and/or any other pertinent outcome measurements outlined in Attachment “A”.
Quarterly Reporting. Within 50 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, balance sheets of Originator as at the close of each such period and statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for Originator for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by an Authorized Officer.

The provisions of this paragraph (d) shall not apply to any Successor Servicer, including the Backup Servicer.
Quarterly Reporting. 4.1 The ARP Manager shall at intervals of not less than 3 months following the Notification Date in respect of each Indemnity Period provide a bordereau to each insurer participating in the ARP in that Indemnity Period setting out premiums received and claims made or notified in respect of that Indemnity Period, and the administration and management costs and expenses incurred by the ARP Manager relating to that Indemnity Period.

Quarterly Reporting. Within sixty (60) days after the close of the first three quarterly periods of each of the Borrower’s and Credit Acceptance’s fiscal years, for (x) the Borrower and (y) for Credit Acceptance and its Subsidiaries, in each case, consolidated unaudited balance sheets as at the close of each such period and consolidated related statements of operations, shareholder’s equity and cash flows for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its chief financial officer or treasurer as true, accurate and complete in all material respects;
Quarterly Reporting. As soon as available, but in any event within fifty (50) days after the end of each of the first three quarterly periods of the Transferor's fiscal years, financial statements for the Transferor, including a balance sheet as at the close of each such period and a related statement of income and retained earnings for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its chief executive officer or its senior financial officer. In the case of each of the financial statements required to be delivered under clause (i) or (ii) above, such financial statement shall set forth in comparative form the figures for the corresponding period or periods of the preceding fiscal year or the portion of the fiscal year ending with such period, as applicable (but not for any period prior to the Closing Date), in each case subject to normal recurring year-end audit adjustments. Each such financial statement shall be prepared in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.
