Quarterly Reporting Sample Clauses

Quarterly Reporting. Within 45 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, (A) consolidated balance sheets of Provider and its Subsidiaries as at the close of each such period, (B) consolidated statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for Provider for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, (C) the balance sheet of each Seller as at the close of each such period and (D) statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for each Seller, all certified by its respective chief financial officer or treasurer.
Quarterly Reporting. Within 45 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, unaudited balance sheets of PDCo as at the close of each such period and statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for PDCo for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its chief financial officer. Delivery within the time period specified above of copies of PDCo’s quarterly report Form 10-Q for such fiscal quarter prepared in accordance with the requirements therefor and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission shall be deemed to satisfy the foregoing requirements of this Section 7.1(a)(ii).
Quarterly Reporting. Within sixty (60) days after the close of the first three quarterly periods of each of the Borrower’s and Credit Acceptance’s fiscal years, (A) unaudited consolidated financial statements for Credit Acceptance and all of its Subsidiaries, including the consolidated balance sheets as of the end of each such period and consolidated related statements of operations and cash flows for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, prepared in accordance with GAAP and certified by its chief financial officer or treasurer as true, accurate and complete in all material respects and (B) unaudited financial statements for the Borrower, including balance sheets as of the end of each such period and related statement of operations for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, prepared as presented within the unaudited consolidated financial statements of Credit Acceptance and all of its Subsidiaries and certified by its chief financial officer or treasurer as true, accurate and complete in all material respects;
Quarterly Reporting. Within forty-five (45) days after the close of the first three quarterly periods of each of its fiscal years, for itself and its Subsidiaries, consolidated unaudited balance sheets as at the close of each such period and consolidated related statements of operations, shareholder's equity and cash flows for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its chief financial officer.
Quarterly Reporting. If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County CitizensCommission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation. The Quarterly Reports shall, if applicable to the Scope of Work in Attachment “A”, listUnits of Service” provided (i.e.: hourly, per session, etc.) and/or any other pertinent outcome measurements outlined in Attachment “A”.
Quarterly Reporting. Within 45 days after the end of each of the first three (3) fiscal quarters of each fiscal year of Smithfield, Smithfield’s unaudited consolidated balance sheet and unaudited consolidated condensed statements of income and cash flows as of the end of and for such fiscal quarter and the then elapsed portion of the fiscal year, setting forth in each case in comparative form the figures for the corresponding period or periods of (or, in the case of the balance sheet, as of the end of) the previous fiscal year, all certified by the Financial Officer of Smithfield as presenting fairly in all material respects the financial condition and results of operations of Smithfield and its consolidated Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP consistently applied, subject to normal year-end audit adjustments and the absence of footnotes.
Quarterly Reporting. Within 45 days after the end of each of the first three fiscal quarters and within 120 days after the end of the last fiscal quarter, (i) financial statements for Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the quarter or fiscal year, as applicable, then ended, including a balance sheet and statements of stockholders' equity, income and cash flows for such quarter and for the period from the beginning of the respective fiscal year to the end of such quarter, prepared on a consolidated basis and, with respect to each balance sheet and income statement, a consolidating basis, and setting forth in each case in comparative form the corresponding figures for the corresponding period in the preceding fiscal year, accompanied by (ii) a certificate of the chief financial officer or treasurer of Borrower stating that said financial statements fairly present the financial condition and results of operations of Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries in accordance with, as to the financial statements referred to in clause (i) above, GAAP consistently applied, as of the end of and for such period (subject to normal year-end adjustments and to the absence of footnote disclosures) and that, to the best of such officer's knowledge, no Default or Event of Default has occurred under this Agreement or, if any Default or Event of Default exists, stating the nature and status thereof.
Quarterly Reporting. (A) As soon as available, but in any event not later than 45 days after the end of each of the first three quarterly periods of each fiscal year of Performance Guarantor, the unaudited consolidated balance sheet of Performance Guarantor and its consolidated Subsidiaries as at the end of such quarter and the related unaudited consolidated statements of income and of cash flows (or such other or similar or additional statement then required by the SEC for quarterly reports filed pursuant to the Exchange Act) for such quarter and the portion of the fiscal year through the end of such quarter, setting forth in each case in comparative form the figures for the previous year, certified by Performance Guarantor’s chief executive officer, president or chief financial officer, and (B) as soon as available, but in any event not later than 60 days after the end of each of the first three quarterly periods of each fiscal year of Seller, analogous unconsolidated unaudited statements for Seller, certified by an Authorized Officer of Seller.
Quarterly Reporting as soon as available, and in any event within 45 days after the close of each of the first and third quarterly periods of each of the Borrower’s fiscal years, commencing with the quarterly period ending on March 31, 2020, for itself and the Subsidiaries, a consolidated unaudited balance sheet as of the close of such period and consolidated statement of income, for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter;
Quarterly Reporting. Within sixty (60) days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, balance sheets of each of the Originator and the Servicer (if different from the Originator), and, to the extent such financial statements are prepared, for the Seller, in each such case as at the close of each such period, together with statements of income and retained earnings and, with respect to the Originator only, a statement of cash flows for each such Person for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, in each case, certified by an Authorized Officer; provided, that such information need not be furnished directly to the Collateral Agent and the Managing Agents if it is publicly available at no charge on EDGAR within such period.
