Common use of Quality Improvement Strategy Clause in Contracts

Quality Improvement Strategy. As part of a new federal requirement in 2017, all health plans with two (2) years of state-based Exchange experience will participate in a Quality Improvement Strategy (QIS). Contractor shall annually report to the Exchange its Quality Improvement Strategy as part of the Application for Certification.
