Purchase Price of Accounts. The Purchase Price shall be payable as follows: (i) an amount equal to the face amount of the Account multiplied by the Advance Rate shall be payable upon purchase of the Account by Summit; and (ii) the balance of the Purchase Price shall be payable after receipt of Collected Payments in full for the Purchased Account, such balance to be paid on the next Settlement Date; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Summit shall not be obligated to make any Advance if, after making the Advance, the amount of all Outstanding Advances will exceed the Maximum Credit Line. Payment shall be made in accordance with any written instructions of Client which are agreed to by Summit. Absent other instructions, payment shall be made by mailing a check to Client.

Purchase Price of Accounts. The Purchase Price for Accounts is the gross amount of the Account (the “Gross Invoice Amount”) less all credits, discounts and allowances at any time issued, owing or granted to, or claimed or taken by the Account Debtor. The Purchase Price is due at the time an Account has been paid by the Account Debtor. However, the Purchase Price for an Eligible Account, or any portion thereof, shall be paid in advance of the due date, provided, that the amount of such advance payment will be made in Purchaser’s sole discretion. Any payment of any portion of the Purchase Price in advance of its due date shall not obligate the Purchaser to advance the Purchase Price, or any portion thereof, of any other Eligible Account at any time. Advances of the Purchase Price hereunder shall be made in amounts determined by Purchaser in its sole discretion and at no time exceed the Maximum Facility Limit Amount. All Accou nts purchased during any time in which any portion of the Purchase Price for the Account has not been given to Seller in advance of its due date shall be deemed to be an ineligible Account for which the Purchase Price shall be due Seller as provided in the second sen tence of this Subsection.
Purchase Price of Accounts. An advance shall be the amount paid to Client's by SUMMIT upon the initial purchase of an acceptable account. The amount of the advance shall be the face amount of each account less the discount. The discount shall be Thirty-Five Percent (35%) of the face amount of each account. The amount of the discount may be adjusted by SUMMIT at any time. The discount will be indicated on the factoring xxxx of sale. Client's shall be entitled to a rebate on the discount determined as follows:

All of Company's and each Eligible Subsidiary's invoices, account statements and other written or oral communications directing, instructing, demanding or requesting payment of any Account of Company or any Eligible Subsidiary or any other amount constituting Collateral shall conspicuously direct that all payments be made to the Lockbox or such other address as Laurus may direct in writing. If, notwithstanding the instructions to Account Debtors, Company or any Eligible Subsidiary receives any payments, Company or such Eligible Subsidiary, as the case may be, shall immediately remit such payments to Laurus in their original form with all necessary endorsements. Until so remitted, Company and each Eligible Subsidiary shall hold all such payments in trust for and as the property of Laurus and shall not commingle such payments with any of its other funds or property.

  • Equity Interest Purchase Price The purchase price of the Optioned Interests (the “Base Price”) shall be XXX 00. If PRC law requires a minimum price higher than the Base Price when Party A exercises the Equity Interest Purchase Option, the minimum price regulated by PRC law shall be the purchase price (collectively, the “Equity Interest Purchase Price”).
