Purchase Prices definition

Purchase Prices means the purchase prices for which the Investor may purchase Subject Shares hereunder.
Purchase Prices means the prices of the Products and/or Services (as applicable) as set out in the Purchase Order or as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties to be applicable to the supply;
