Public Hearings and Meetings. The Contractor may be tasked to provide properly qualified representatives with the technical expertise to participate in public meetings and hearings, as an observer and/or advisor, as specified in individual T.O.s. The Contractor may be tasked to: provide support for meeting agendas; provide meeting minutes; provide audiovisual equipment; and facilitate meetings and technical presentations. The Contractor may be tasked to provide video/audio recordings of meetings, or some form of comprehensive transcriptions of meetings.
Public Hearings and Meetings. The environmental consultant’s Project Manager, as well as relevant technical staff, will be available for up to three public hearings or meetings.
