Provision of Investment Services. Patria undertakes to provide investment services in compliance with the Agreement, the Client’s Orders, the laws and regulations of the Czech Republic, and the rules and trade usages of the Execution Venues.

Provision of Investment Services. Fidelity may offer Investment Services to the Employer or another Plan Lineup Fiduciary designated by the Employer. Investment Services are based on facts and circumstances about the investment options known by the presenting Fidelity Entity at the point in time provided. Investment Services do not include any ongoing monitoring of investments or other ongoing obligations by any Fidelity Entity. To the extent Investment Services include investment-related recommendations, those recommendations are not individualized and do not take account of the particular needs, attributes or circumstances of any one plan. Fidelity does not charge an additional fee for Investment Services, and the fees charged to the Plan for recordkeeping and other administrative services will not vary based on whether or not the Employer chooses to utilize Fidelity’s Investment Services.
Provision of Investment Services. Patria undertakes to provide the services under this Agreement with professional care, in compliance with the Client's orders, protect the Client's interests known to Patria and adhere to any usages applicable on the relevant market.

Related to Provision of Investment Services

  • Facilitation of Investment Member States shall endeavour to cooperate in the facilitation of investments into and within ASEAN through, among others:

  • Collection of Information You authorize us to access and download information from your Meter or from your PC Postage account. We may disclose this information to the USPS or other authorized governmental entity. We won’t share with any third parties (except the USPS or other governmental entity) individually identifiable information that we obtain about you in this manner unless required to by law or court order. Each Contracting Party shall, subject to its laws, regulations and national policies in respect to investments by investors of the other Contracting Party allow without unreasonable delay the transfer of: (a) The net profits, dividends, royalties, technical assistance and technical assistance and technical fees, interest and other current income, accruing from any investment of the investors of the other Contracting Party;

  • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority. In the event of termination under this section for lack of Authority or Federal funds, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment for Products and Services incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.
