Provision of Amenities. 8. The Customer agrees to provide, for the use of the Service Provider, the following amenities: Customer shall provide Service Provider with, but not limited to, the following, for the life of this Agreement: (i) Executive Assistant at Customer headquarters; (ii)Housing expense of $4,000.00 per month; (iii)Vehicle of the Service Providers choice including maintenance, fuel, registration and insurance; (iv) All cellular and telephone charges; (v)Full health and medical coverage as similar to Blue Cross of Florida; (vi) Life insurance in the amount of $5,000,000.00 for the benefit of Service Providers choice; (vii) All attorney and accounting fees as a result of this Agreement; (viii) One computer, yearly, at the will and specifications of Service Provider; (ix) All expenses necessary to equip and maintain a satellite office of the specifications provided by Service Provider. Additional items not specified shall be provided to the Customer in writing, Customer shall not withhold agreement of additional items if such items are deemed necessary at the will of Service Provider. Customer shall pay for such extras as invoices are due and payable, further Customer shall provide Corporate guarantees when necessary to facilitate any and needs Service Provider deems necessary to fulfill its contractual obligations under this Agreement.
Provision of Amenities. The RHA acknowledges that the ability of the Operator to provide the Services in a timely and efficient manner is in part dependent upon the RHA providing to the Operator the Amenities. The Operator shall not be liable for delays in the performance of its Services due to causes not within the reasonable control of the Operator, provided that the Operator notifies the RHA in writing of any such delay. Provision of Amenities. ESWW covenants and agrees with Guxxxx xo provide, for the use of Guxxxx, a reasonably furnished office, and administrative and reception services at the offices of ESWW.

Provision of Amenities. ESWW covenants and agrees with Marino to provide, for the use of Marino, a reasonably furnished office, and administrative and reception services at the offices of ESWW.
Provision of Amenities. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Consultant to provide, for the use of the Consultant, a reasonably furnished office, and administrative and reception services at the offices of the Corporation.
Provision of Amenities. WorldHeart shall not provide, for the use of the Consultant, any equipment, tools or amenities.
Provision of Amenities. The Corporation covenants and agrees with the Consultant to provide, for the use of the Consultant, the following: Office and Administrative Support - a reasonably furnished office, administrative, and reception services at the offices of the Corporation. The office shall have a minimum of three walls and include a computer compliant to the Corporation system with provision for consistent software, hardware, network, and utilities such as printer access (access to a color capable printer is requested). A telephone system consistent with the Corporation system and access to a facsimile machine will also be included. Other Amenities - The Corporation agrees to provide, at no additional charge to the Consultant, access to parking in the near vicinity of the offices of the Corporation.
Provision of Amenities. WorldHeart does not covenant or agree to provide, for the use of the Consultant, any amenities, except as expressly described herein.
