Property Cleanliness. The Visitor and members of his or her party are asked to leave the Accommodation clean and tidy. White Beach Holiday reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the Accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition. This charge will be deducted in whole or in part from the damages deposit.

Property Cleanliness. Resident shall clean and dust the leased premises regularly, and shall keep the leased premises, particularly kitchen and bath, clean.
Property Cleanliness. The Guest agrees to ensure that the Accommodation is left clean and tidy. The Guest agrees to pay an additional reasonable charge to cover the expense of additional, unusual cleaning required because the Guest fails to comply with this clause. The company reserve the right to refuse future bookings if The Company are dissatisfied with the condition of the property upon the Guests departure. The Company reserves the right to pre-authorise a payment of £150 to cover damages or extra cleaning charges, which may occur during the Guest's stay at the property. This will be made against the credit or debit card used to confirm the reservation, unless alternative arrangements are discussed prior to arrival. The Company reserves the right to request a security deposit in the event that no credit card details are provided. Should the Company be unable to reclaim funds from previously used card/s, the Guest will be notified of the amount due and given 14 calendar days to settle the balance. Should the cost of any damage exceed the pre- authorised amount , or the amount held as a security deposit, the Guest will be invoiced for the shortfall and liable for the full payment. Guests using the Broadband Internet access do so subject to a fair use policy and within the bounds of UK law. The Guest must allow the Company to enter the Accommodation to inspect the state of it, given reasonable notice, with the exception of an emergency when immediate access must be granted. The Guest must not use the Accommodation or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry out any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or the Company or to any neighbours. The Guest and his or her party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Accommodation of which the Guest has written notice. Such regulations will be found in the welcome folder in the Accommodation, typical examples would include any local conditions regarding parking, waste disposal, recycling etc.

In short THE PROPERTY MUST BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS WHEN SUPPLIED TO THE VISITOR.

If tenant fails to keep property clean and free of aforementioned debris/trash, etc., it will be cleaned/maintained professionally, at tenant’s expense.   • Cleanliness Resident agrees to keep the room in a clean and sanitary condition during the entire term of occupancy and to return his/her room to Provider in the same condition, including general cleanliness, as it was at the beginning of the term of occupancy, normal wear and tear excepted as determined by College acting on behalf of Provider. When there is vacant space in a partially occupied multi-person room, the vacant space must be maintained by the occupant(s) in a manner that will allow a new Resident to move in immediately. Failure to do so will result in assessment of a cleaning charge to Resident’s account.

  • Cleanliness and Safety; Entry Resident agrees to maintain the assigned bedroom space, the apartment and the common areas of the Property in a clean, safe and sanitary condition, to exercise all due care in the use of same, and to cooperate fully with the Property pest control program as requested. Resident will be responsible for the cost of treatment for bedbugs and similar pests to the extent Owner’s pest control vendor reasonably determines that an infestation has originated within Resident’s assigned space and during Resident’s occupancy. Resident will place all trash in provided receptacles and will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the interior or exterior of the apartment if not kept in sanitary condition. When outdoor temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s heat turned on to prevent frozen or burst pipes, including during vacations. When outdoor temperatures exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit, Resident will keep the apartment’s air conditioning turned on and set to a reasonable temperature to prevent mold or mildew growth, including during vacations. Owner and its agents, employees and contractors may enter any apartment and bedroom space to perform routine maintenance, inspections, showings and other ordinary functions, provided that Owner will provide advance notice to residents of an apartment before such entry. Owner reserves the right to enter an apartment and any bedroom space without prior notice (including a passkey and/or disarming the alarm or other means of entry if locks have been changed) for emergency maintenance or repair purposes, or when there is reasonable cause to believe that a situation exists that could cause danger to life, safety, health or property. Owner may confiscate any item deemed to cause a danger and is under no obligation to pay compensation for or to return such items.

  • Property Use The Property shall be used only for industrial, warehouse and office purposes, and for no other use without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender's sole and absolute discretion.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.   • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.

  • MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR; RULES Tenant will, at its sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall:

LESSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN RESPECT OF THE LEASED PROPERTY, OR ANY PART THEREOF, EITHER AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR USE, DESIGN OR CONDITION FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP THEREIN, LATENT OR PATENT, IT BEING AGREED THAT ALL SUCH RISKS ARE TO BE BORNE BY LESSEE. LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE LEASED PROPERTY HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY LESSEE AND IS SATISFACTORY TO IT. Provided, however, to the extent permitted by law, Lessor hereby assigns to Lessee all of Lessor’s rights to proceed against any predecessor in title (other than any Affiliate of Lessee, which conveyed the Property to Lessor) for breaches of warranties or representations or for latent defects in the Leased Property. Lessor shall fully cooperate with Lessee in the prosecution of any such claim, in Lessor’s or Lessee’s name, all at Lessee’s sole cost and expense. Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lessor from and against any claims, obligations and liabilities against or incurred by Lessor in connection with such cooperation.

  • Repair Concessionaire shall, prior to the commencement of the Concession Operation under the Agreement, provide to Department a type-written concession equipment maintenance plan for the State-owned equipment located on the Concession Premises, together with a schedule for preventative maintenance and a report on maintenance completion and equipment condition. Failure to comply with this preventative maintenance schedule shall result in Concessionaire being responsible for all repairs and/or replacement of equipment. The review and Department inspection of the Concession Premises and its equipment will be conducted during routine inspection of the Concession Premises and as a part of the Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings.
