PROMOTION AND RECOGNITION. The Club shall use reasonable efforts to promote its Spring Training Games (as hereinafter defined) in Tempe through advertisements in the local media in Tempe and Los Angeles, fan incentive promotions, and other activities designed to increase attendance at the Club’s Spring Training Games. The Club shall include in its promotions reasonable recognition of the City of Tempe for its efforts as a host city and as a desirable year-around tourist destination. The City shall display its logo and name at prominent locations within the Stadium located on the Premises subject to approval by the Club in its reasonable discretion. The City shall seek and consider the Club’s comments respecting the design, size and color of the said signs. The City’s signs shall not be placed in a manner so as to interfere with the play of the game or the aesthetics of the Premises. Throughout the Term, the City shall hang and display banners and signage throughout the City promoting the “Angels” and “Angels Spring Training.” The Club shall be responsible for design and production of the banners and signage. By not later than December 31, 2021, and in accordance with Tempe City Code, the City shall pursue renaming a street adjacent to the Premises to reflect the Angels brand, such as Angels Way. The Parties will mutually agree on the name to be used.

PROMOTION AND RECOGNITION. The Collaborator must give appropriate recognition in its publicity and signage related to the Foundation, including any information provided to the public on any website. The Foundation will provide the appropriate logos, links, and requirements to the Collaborator, which may only be used in accordance with the Foundation’s brand guidelines. The Collaborator understands and agrees that it shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement in any manner without the prior written permission of the Foundation. The Collaborator consents to the use of their event and organization name for use on the Foundation's social media and marketing channels.
PROMOTION AND RECOGNITION. 9. The Society shall acknowledge the contribution of the Authority in all communication and promotional materials pertaining to the Work and shall refer to the Authority as “Port Metro Vancouver”. The Society shall withdraw or have withdrawn from circulation and cease distribution or broadcasting of any public message or printed material involving, in the reasonable view of the Authority, a use of its name and marks which could cause damage to its reputation, create confusion in the public’s mind, or mislead the public in any way.
