Project Reports and Mid-term Review. 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one (1) calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. Each Party will negotiate in good faith in response to such revisions the other Party may propose from time to time.   • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format.   • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.
