Coordination and Oversight. 4.1 The Parties shall establish a Steering Committee to co-ordinate the research work. The Steering Committee shall meet at least once a year to evaluate past activities, develop detailed plans for future co-operative projects, draft the annual report and discuss any matter concerning the implementation of this Agreement. To this end, each Party shall designate one person to serve as its co-ordinator with responsibility for the respective planning. The co-ordinators may nominate other suitable persons to represent them or to attend meetings. The meetings are prepared by the co-ordinators.

Coordination and Oversight. 3.1 A Steering Group should be established to stimulate and coordinate co-operative activities under this Implementing Arrangement.
