PROHIBITION ON ADVERTISING. The Supplier shall not advertise or otherwise make public that it is furnishing goods or services to UNDP without specific permission of UNDP in each instance.
PROHIBITION ON ADVERTISING. If an external sponsor funds a continuing education event, the funding may be acknowledged, but care must be taken that the sponsor's products are not actively promoted at the event. If an external sponsor provides teaching aids to a faculty member, such aids may only be used in the classroom if they display no more than the name or logo of the donor; specifically, such aids may not carry any reference to a specific product or therapeutic agent.
