Clarification of Bid. 10.1 Bidders may request clarification of any of the ITB documents no later than the number of days indicated in the Data Sheet (DS no. 16) prior to the Bid submission date. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via courier or through electronic means to the UNDP address indicated in the Data Sheet (DS no. 17). UNDP will respond in writing, transmitted by electronic means and will transmit copies of the response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) to all Bidders who have provided confirmation of their intention to submit a Bid.

Clarification of Bid. To assist in the examination, evaluation and comparison of bids, UNDP may, at its discretion, ask any Bidder to clarify its Bid. UNDP’s request for clarification and the Bidder’s response shall be in writing. Notwithstanding the written communication, no change in the prices or substance of the Bid shall be sought, offered, or permitted, except to provide clarification, and confirm the correction of any arithmetic errors discovered by UNDP in the evaluation of the Bid, in accordance with ITB Clause 35. Any unsolicited clarification submitted by a Bidder in respect to its Bid, which is not a response to a request by UNDP, shall not be considered during the review and evaluation of the Bid.

Clarification of Bid. To assist in the examination, evaluation and comparison of bids, SHEILD may, at its discretion, ask any Bidder to clarify its Bid.   • Clarification of Bids 25.1 To assist in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of Bids, the Employer may, at his discretion, ask any Bidder for clarification of his Bid, including breakdowns of the unit rates. The request for clarification and the response shall be in writing or by cable, but no change in the price or substance of the Bid shall be sought, offered, or permitted except as required to confirm the correction of arithmetic errors discovered by the Employer in the evaluation of the Bids in accordance with Clause 27.

  • Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data.

Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3.
