Promotional Programs definition

Promotional Programs means any special Cardholder payment terms approved by Bank for certain Purchases, including without limitation deferred finance charges and deferred payments and subject to any terms and conditions set forth in writing by Bank. The initial Promotional Programs approved by Bank, if any, are set forth in Schedule 1.1. Third Party Program Purchases shall not be eligible for Promotional Programs.
Promotional Programs means programs developed, established and marketed by Franchisor from time to time and designed to induce users of Franchisee's products or services to patronize its Franchised Business.
Promotional Programs means contracts, arrangements or understandings with wholesalers, retailers or any Person other than Sellers, a Subsidiary of Sellers or any JV regarding offers of special purchase allowances, post-offs, other off-invoice discounts, depletion allowances, entity grants or other similar forms of promotional allowances, in each case with respect to finished goods of the Businesses.

Promotional Programs. We may, from time to time, offer promotional programs to borrowers. If you participate in a promotional program whereby we reduce your annual percentage rate (APR) for this loan and you make all payments in accordance with your payment schedule, your final scheduled monthly payment will be for a lower amount than reflected in this Agreement. We will notify you of the reduced final payment amount prior to its due date. The amount of your other monthly payments will not change, and the maturity date, number of monthly payments, and payment due date for this loan are also not affected. Promotional Programs means the Corporation’s: (i) PROTINUS® Start Healthy Program pursuant to which customers of the Business are rewarded with funding which can be applied to promotional programs based on product purchases; (ii) Microcharger Equipment Program pursuant to which customers of the Business are furnished with a Microcharger applicator in exchange for a commitment to purchase a minimum volume of product through an authorized distributor of the Corporation; (iii) Best Price Protection program pursuant to which customers are entitled to receive a rebate if published prices are reduced; (iv) Wolf Trax® Growing Forward® Reward Program; and all similar programs offered by the Corporate Group.
Promotional Programs. With respect to each Territory, the feature-length motion picture mutually selected by Licensor and Licensee to be the Top Up Movie plus the three (3) or six (6), as applicable, additional feature-length motion pictures indicated with an “x” for such Territory on Exhibit A attached hereto. Licensee will be able to select whether each operator participating in the 3-Movie Code program and the 6-Movie Code program will receive either the “Base Offer” or the “ASM Operator Exclusive” (each as set forth on Exhibit A). Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Territory, Licensor shall be entitled to remove any Promotional Program from the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Licensee, provided, that the parties shall mutually agree upon a title to replace any such removed Promotional Program from among those feature-length motion pictures indicated with a shaded box for such Territory on Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account.
