Professional Education or Professional Association Leave. This is to include state officers, national officers, or appointed committee members of professional organizations that SVACTC’s instructors/counselors are members. This leave will be stated in days. A single pool of ten (10) days per year will be granted as leave to the entire licensed staff. A one-week prior written notice will be given to the Director for approval. The Board will pay for substitute teacher(s). OTHER ITEMS

  • Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Professional Leave Professional leave without pay will be granted to full-time and regular part- time employees who are elected to or appointed to the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario to attend regularly scheduled meetings of the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario subject to the following limitations:
