Product Endorsements. Contractor shall comply with the provisions of City Administrative Regulation 95.65 regarding product endorsements. Contractor shall not create any promotional material or writing that identifies or refers to the City as the user of a product or service, without obtaining the prior written approval of the City.

Contractor must notify the Department immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. The Department reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.

  • Endorsements Each Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability policy shall be endorsed with the following specific language:

  • Policy Cancellation Endorsement Except for ten days notice for non-payment of premium, each insurance policy shall be endorsed to specify that without thirty (30) days prior written notice to the City of Sparks, the policy shall not be cancelled, non-renewal or coverage and/or limits reduced or materially altered, and shall provide that notices required by this paragraph shall be sent by certified mailed to the address specified above. A copy of this signed endorsement must be attached to the Certificate of Insurance.
