Endorsement definition

Endorsement means conditions attached/ affixed to this Policy incorporating any amendments or modifications agreed to or issued by the Corporation.
Endorsement means a written endorsement issued by Us on the Schedule to record any changes to the applicable terms and conditions of this Policy or the details contained in the Schedule. Endorsements shall form a part of this Policy and shall be binding on You and Us. It is agreed that the terms of an Endorsement shall supersede any conflicting provisions in this Policy Document, Rider or Schedule.
Endorsement means written alteration to the terms, conditions and limitations of this Takaful Certificate which is shown on the Schedule.

Examples of Endorsement in a sentence

  • When specified as a required insurance coverage (see § 1 – Insurance Obligation, above) Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, and Pollution Liability Insurance shall include the State of Washington and all authorized Purchasers (and their agents, officers, and employees) as Additional Insureds evidenced by copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement attached to the Certificate of Insurance on such insurance policies.

  • The contractor shall provide a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement upon tentative award and within three (3) days of request.
