  • PROCEDURE FOR TESTING A. Notification Form - Before requesting an employee to undergo drug or alcohol testing, the Employer shall provide the individual with a form on which to (1) acknowledge that the individual has seen a copy of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing LOA, and (2) indicate consent to undergo the drug and alcohol testing.

  • Criteria for Evaluation Criteria for employee performance review shall be made available to the employee before the start of the evaluation period and shall remain unchanged during the evaluation period unless the employee is made aware of the changes.

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. The evaluations of school year employees covered by this agreement shall be completed no later than May 30 of each school year for 9-month employees and by June 30 for 10/12-month employees. The evaluation shall be reviewed with the employee, with a copy given to the employee at the conclusion of the review. An employee may present written comments, which shall be attached to the written evaluation document. The evaluator and employee shall sign the evaluation document. The employee’s signature does not constitute approval or disapproval, but only that the evaluation has been reviewed with the employee.

  • Procedure for Rebate The Association represents to the Board that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Section 4117.09(C) of the Revised Code and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each member of the bargaining unit who does not join the Association and that such procedure and notice shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Ohio.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS For the purpose of this Agreement the following classifications will be applicable:

  • New or Revised Classifications The Employer shall provide at least twenty-five (25) days' notice and will meet and confer with the Union over any new or revised classification specification, if requested by the Union. The Union may propose alternatives to the Employer proposed changes during the twenty-five day period. The Employer shall negotiate with the Union on other classification issues as required by State personnel law.

  • New Classification Should a new position or new classification be created within the Bargaining Unit during the term of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union will decide the rate of pay. Nothing herein prevents the Employer from filling such positions and having Nurses working in such positions during such negotiations. The salary when determined will be retroactive to the date on which the successful candidate commenced work in that classification.
