Pro-rata Long Service Leave on Termination of Employment. (a) A full-time, part-time or Casual employee who has completed at least 10 years’ Continuous Service and whose services are terminated or cease for any reason, is entitled to pro-rata long service leave in respect of their Continuous Service since they last became entitled to long service leave, calculated on the basis of two months’ leave for 10 years’ service.
