Private Air Travel. During the Consulting Period, to ensure his reasonable availability for purposes of this Agreement and for the compensation and benefits of Consultant, Consultant shall be entitled to the use of Company aircraft at Company expense for any and all business and personal travel on terms no less favorable than currently (immediately prior to the time this Agreement is entered into) afforded to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his family and invitees, with the type of aircraft and aggregate annual hours of air travel expressly to be no less favorable than currently afforded, but with the understanding that the Consultant (and his family and invitees) and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx (and his spouse and invitees) together will be entitled each year to no more than the current aggregate annual hours of air travel afforded to them by the Company immediately prior to the time this Agreement is entered into. When the Company aircraft is used by the Consultant for personal transportation, the Consultant shall be imputed income based on the value of the use of the aircraft per the Standard Industry Fare Level method, adjusted accordingly.

Private Air Travel. Executive will be entitled to private air travel in accordance with Petco’s travel policy, as such travel policy may be amended from time to time.
Private Air Travel. Xxxxxxx will receive a budget of $200,000 annually to use Wheels Up for recruiting. In the event that Xxxxxxx’x employment is terminated or suspended pursuant to paragraph 13, or terminated under paragraph 14 or 15 of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall no longer be entitled to this benefit.
Private Air Travel. During the Employment Period, the Company in accordance with the Company's policies shall provide the Executive in connection with business travel with at least 400 hours of usage of a Learjet 60 or comparable private aircraft. If a private aircraft is not available for any one or more of the Executive's business travels, in lieu thereof the Company shall reimburse the Executive for his cost of first class travel on a commercial airline. In connection therewith, the Executive shall be entitled to participate, at the Company's expense, in an air travel club selected by the Executive.

  • Air Travel 30.7.1 When coordinating travel for authorized CCSNH business, covered employees may utilize a CCSNH approved travel vendor to arrange air travel, which shall be directly invoiced to the CCSNH for payment. Covered employees may elect to coordinate their own travel arrangements by incurring the costs associated with the business travel. The CCSNH agrees to reimburse covered employees for the reasonable costs of air fare. For reimbursement, employees must submit a paid itemized invoice and the completed and authorized travel expense forms. Employees are required to travel at the economy rate and shall make every effort to plan the trip early and/or be flexible in their flight times to take advantage of the best rate available. Employees are directed to seek out the least expensive modes of transportation (bus, hotel shuttle, etc.) when getting to and from airports.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased Products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for Products returned as defective or faulty.

  • School Closures L13.13 Where a school is scheduled to close at the end of a school year, the transfer or placement for the following school year of a Teacher in that school will be considered prior to transfer under L13.8.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • School Closure The School shall make reasonable efforts to promptly notify the public, which may include notice to the Department of Education, of any circumstance requiring the closure of the School, including, but not limited to, a natural disaster, such as an earthquake, storm, tsunami, flood, or other weather-related event, other extraordinary emergency, or destruction of or damage to the School facility;

  • PROCUREMENT LOBBYING To the extent this agreement is a "procurement contract" as defined by State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, by signing this agreement the contractor certifies and affirms that all disclosures made in accordance with State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k are complete, true and accurate. In the event such certification is found to be intentionally false or intentionally incomplete, the State may terminate the agreement by providing written notification to the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
