Prior Employment Contract. This Agreement shall supersede and replace any and all prior contracts for employment between the Company and Employee.
Prior Employment Contract. As of the Effective Date, the Executive and the Company agree that the Prior Employment Contract shall be amended and restated in its entirety in the form of this Agreement.
Prior Employment Contract. The parties have previously entered into an employment contract effective April 1, 2005 (the “Agreement”). The parties now wish to amend the Agreement as stated herein.
