Printing of the Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees to have the Collective Agreement printed within (45) forty-five calendar days of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The costs of the printing shall be shared between the Parties on a pro rata basis dependent upon the number of Collective Agreements required by each Party. The Human Resources Department shall provide the Association with an electronic copy of the signed Collective Agreement in the format currently in use.
