PRINTING OF BOOKLETS. 22.01 The Union and the Board desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement. For this reason, the Board shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement within thirty (30) days of signing, for distribution by the Board to the members of OPSEU Educational Assistants. Each new employee will receive a copy of this Agreement at the time of hiring. The cost of printing the Collective Agreement will be equally shared by both the Union and the Board.

PRINTING OF BOOKLETS. SECTION 1The UNION and SacRT shall share on a fifty-fifty (50/50) basis the actual cost of printing pocket-sized booklets of this Agreement, in adequate quantity and quality for distribution to all employees in the bargaining unit and management personnel.
PRINTING OF BOOKLETS. Where the parties are agreed to the design and content, the parties shall share equally the cost of printing the Collective Agreement, in sufficient quantity to provide each member of the bargaining unit with a copy.

  • PRINTING OF AGREEMENTS 35.1 The Company will undertake the responsibility for the printing of the collective agreements as may be required from time to time and will absorb the cost of such printing. This will include the cost of printing updated pages.

For the term of this Collective Agreement, the Union shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement and the costs shall be shared equally between the parties. In this Agreement including the printed form thereof, titles shall be descriptive only and shall form no part of the interpretation of the Agreement by the parties or an Arbitration Board.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.
