Prepared Food Vendor definition

Prepared Food Vendor means any establishment located within the City of Berkeley, including a Bakery, Cafeteria, Drive In, Food Products Store, Food Service Establishment (Carry Out, Quick Service, Full Service), Drugstore or Theater, as defined in BMC 23F.04, Mobile Food Facility, Temporary Food Facility (CA Health and Safety Code Sections 113831 and 113930 and as amended), bar and other similar establishment, selling Prepared Food to be consumed on and/or off its premises.
Prepared Food Vendor means any establishment located within the City, including a Bakery, Cafeteria, Drive In, Food Products Store, Food Service Establishment (Carry Out, Quick Service, Full Service), Drugstore, Theater, Mobile Food Facility, Temporary Food Facility, Bar and other similar establishment, selling Prepared Food to be consumed on and/or off its premises.
Prepared Food Vendor means any person or place that provides or sells prepared food within the City to the general public to be consumed on the premises or for take-away consumption. Prepared Food Vendor includes but is not limited to: a grocery store, supermarket, restaurant, fast-food restaurant, drive-thru, cafe, coffee shop, snack shop, public food market, farmers market, convenience store, or similar place where prepared food is available for sale on the premises or for takeaway consumption, and (2) any mobile store, food vendor, caterer, food truck, or similar mobile outlet.

The term Producer is sometimes herein also referred to as a Vendor in this and other market documentation.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • cGLP means the current good laboratory practice regulations promulgated by the FDA, published at 21 C.F.R. § 58, and all applicable FDA rules, regulations, orders and guidances and equivalent or comparable non-United States regulations, rules, orders, guidances and standards in the Territory, as applicable, as such current laboratory practices, rules, regulations, orders, guidances and standards may be amended from time to time.
