Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.
Premium Rates No recapture will be permitted if the Ceding Company has either obtained or increased stop loss reinsurance coverage as justification for the increase in retention limits.
Interest Rate The LHIN may charge the HSP interest on any amount owing by the HSP at the then current interest rate charged by the Province of Ontario on accounts receivable.
Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.
Monthly Payment City shall make monthly payments, based on invoices received, for services satisfactorily performed, and for authorized reimbursable costs incurred. City shall have 30 days from the receipt of an invoice that complies with all of the requirements above to pay Consultant.
Minimum Monthly Rent 3.1.1 Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord a Minimum Monthly Rent, initially in the amount set forth in the Basic Provisions, during each month of the Term of this Lease. Servicing Fee Rate The rate used to calculate the Servicing Fee is equal to such rate as is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.
Master Servicing Fee Rate The rate used to calculate the Master Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan is 0.017% per annum.
