Payment of Commission 7 (1) The Company may exercise the power to make payments by way of brokerage or commission conferred by the Law in the manner provided by the Law.
POWERS OF MEMBERS The Members shall have the power to exercise any and all rights or powers granted to the Members pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement. Powers of the Board The Board shall have the power to do any and all acts necessary, convenient or incidental to or for the furtherance of the purposes described herein, including all powers, statutory or otherwise. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Board shall have the authority, on behalf of the Company, to do all things necessary or appropriate for the accomplishment of the purposes of the Company. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Board shall have full power to act for and to bind the Company to the extent provided by Delaware law.
Express Powers of Trustee Without in any way limiting the powers and discretions conferred upon the Trustee by the other provisions of this Agreement or by law, the Trustee is expressly authorized and empowered:
Powers of Arbitrator The Arbitrator may determine all questions of law and jurisdiction (including questions as to whether a dispute is arbitrable) and all matters of procedure relating to the arbitration. The Arbitrator shall have the right to grant legal and equitable relief (including injunctive relief) and to award costs (including legal fees and the costs of the arbitration) and interest.
Powers of Attorney There are no outstanding powers of attorney executed on behalf of the Company.
Statutory Powers For the purposes of all powers implied by statute the Secured Obligations shall be deemed to have become due and payable on the date of this Assignment.

The Contracting Parties hereby establish within the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") a Commission to be known as the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission"), for the purpose of exercising the functions and discharging the responsibilities set forth in Article III below.
