Statutory Powers. For the purposes of all powers implied by statute the Secured Obligations shall be deemed to have become due and payable on the date of this Assignment.
Statutory Powers. The Land Bank Act affords Land Bank certain statutory powers and privileges. Nothing in this Agreement shall derogate from the entitlement of Land Bank to exercise any such statutory power or privilege and Land Bank shall be entitled to do so at any time.

This Agreement entered into by Deed is a planning obligation for the purposes of section 106 of the 1990 Act and is entered into pursuant also to section 111 of the Local Government Xxx 0000 and section 1 of the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and it is acknowledged by the parties that the obligations contained within it are binding on the Land and are enforceable by the Council as local planning authority and County Council as the highway authority against the Developer as owner of the Developer’s Land and against its successors in title and assigns in respect of its interests in each and every part of the Developer’s Land and against the Trust as the freehold owner of the Trust Land and against its successors in title and assigns in respect of its interests in each and every part of the Trust Land.

Statutory Powers. 19.1 Nothing contained or implied in this Agreement shall prejudice or affect the rights, powers, duties and obligations of each of the Parties in the exercise of their respective functions as may be amended, supplemented or increased from time to time and the rights, powers, duties and obligations of each of the Parties pursuant to their respective functions may be as fully and effectually exercised as if this Agreement had not been made.
Statutory Powers. The power of sale and other powers conferred by Section 101 of the Act, as amended by this Deed, will be immediately exercisable at any time whilst this Security is enforceable.

It is acknowledged that nothing in this Lease derogates from, interferes with, or xxxxxxx the exercise by the Landlord of all of its rights and obligations as a municipality (whether discretionary or mandatory), or imposes any obligations on the Landlord in its role as a municipality, and the Landlord shall not be prevented from or prejudiced in carrying out its statutory rights and responsibilities, including its planning rights and responsibilities. Statutory Powers. Nothing herein contained shall limit the statutory powers and duties of the Directors of the Employer under the Financial Institutions Act of British Columbia, the Credit Union Incorporation Act of British Columbia, the Company Act of British Columbia, and the pertinent regulations thereunder.
